In Wednesday’s Athletic Events....
The Boys Varsity Basketball Team (10-9) beat Westminster Christian 64-60. Trey Wilson led the way with 23 points and 8 rebounds, Daltyn Simon had 21 points and 4 rebounds, Miguel Orbe added 9 points and 4 rebounds, and Jake Sheppard had 6 points and 2 steals.
 
The Boys Middle School Soccer Team (12-7) beat Ransom Everglades in the South Florida Middle School Conference Semifinals 3-2. Mayer Wolfson, Teo Hofman, and Balta Kaplan all scored, and Cody Mitchell, Julian Berzosa, Kenzo Fadigan, Sebastian Reyes, Ben Fernandez De Castro, Mauricio Molina Montiel, and Nicolas Jaramillo all played well.
 
The Girls Middle School Soccer Team (15-2-2) lost to Gulliver in the South Florida Middle School Conference Semifinals 2-1. Kaytlyn Dull scored for the Spartans.
 
The Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Team (1-8) lost to Westminster Christian 52-36. Miles Papunen led the way with 15 points and 4 assists, Jonathan Port had 12 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 assists, and Matthew Scemla added 9 rebounds and 2 blocks.
 
The Boys Middle School (Varsity) Basketball Team (0-13) lost to True North Academy 43-29. Ari Allaei led the way with 9 points and a steal, Brody Miller had 5 points, Eli Zaron added 9 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals, SJ Barea had 3 rebounds and 3 steals, and Ben Brady grabbed 3 rebounds.
 
The Boys Middle School (JV) Basketball Team results will be in Friday’s update.
 
Today.....The Girls and Boys Varsity Soccer Teams host their “Senior Games” against Marathon at 4/6pm, the Boys Middle School Soccer Team travels to Palmer-Trinity to compete in the South Florida Middle School Conference Championship Game against Gulliver at 4:15pm, and the Girls Varsity Basketball Team hosts North Broward Prep in the Palm League Championship Game at 7:30pm.
