In Tuesday’s Athletic Events.....
The Boys Varsity Basketball Team (1-0) beat Miami-Central High School 79-63. Chaim Galbut led the way with 19 points, 14 rebounds, 4 steals, and 3 assists, Daltyn Simon had 15 points and 15 rebounds, Miguel Orbe added 14 points, and Fernando Romero had 13 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.
The Boys Varsity Soccer Team (2-2) beat North Broward Prep 2-1. Brad Flick scored both goals, Julius Reus added an assist, and Jack Manhire, Manuel Apraiz, Diego Corigliano, Matthew Castro, David Frenkel, Ross Watson, and Esteban Reyes all played well.
The Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Team (2-0) beat Miami-Central High School 57-24. Jase Watson led the way with 19 points, Jose Medina had 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 steals, Adrian Casademunt added 11 points and 6 rebounds, and mike Murdocco had 10 points and 4 rebounds.
Today.....The Girls and Boys Middle School Soccer Teams travel to Westminster Christian at 3/4:15pm (Lakes by the Bay – Field #5), the Boys Varsity Soccer Team hosts Westminster Christian at 7pm, and the Girls and Boys Middle School (Varsity) Basketball Teams host Florida Christian at 4/5pm.
On Thursday......The Girls Middle School Soccer Team travels to Carrollton at 4pm, the Boys Middle School Soccer Team travels to Belen at 4pm, the Girls Varsity Soccer Team hosts Chaminade at 5pm, the Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Team hosts Archbishop McCarthy at 6pm, and the Girls Varsity Basketball Team hosts Miami High at 7:30pm.
