The Girls Varsity Water Polo Team (13-9) lost to Seminole High School in the State Semifinals 16-4. Valeria Villanueva scored 2 goals, had 3 steals, and 4 ejections drawn, Briana Dunn scored and had 7 steals, Sasha Blasky scored, Micah Ressler added an assist, Sienna Kozlovski had 4 steals and 2 ejections drawn, and Angie Del Guercio-Moran made 3 saves.
The Softball Team (8-6) lost to Pine Crest 1-0. Collins Ames allowed 4 hits, struck out 11, and singled, and Leyka Rojo added a hit.
On Saturday.....
The Varsity Baseball Team (5-15) lost to Riviera Prep in the South Florida Baseball Conference Semifinals 12-1. Tanner Sennett was 1 for 3 with an RBI double, Marcus Ferrer was 1 for 2, and Preston Boucher played well on defense.
The Boys Middle School Lacrosse Team (2-4-1) beat Gulliver 4-1, but lost to Palmetto 13-2. Benjamin Brady and Andy Vayn each scored 2 goals, Mayer Wolfson added a goal and an assist, Justin Vaughn Bittner scored, Camilo Dargham added an assist, and Greyson Lustbader made 12 saves.
Today..... The Softball Team hosts Ferguson at 4pm, the Varsity Baseball Team hosts North Miami Beach at 7pm (Food Trucks will be on campus from 2-9pm - Street Twist),the Girls Varsity Tennis Team travels to True North Academy (Miami-Dade College Kendall Campus) for Regionals at 2:30pm, and the Boys Varsity Tennis Team travels to Ransom Everglades (Crandon Park) for regionals at 3pm.
